Absolutely awful.... I received something totally different than what I ordered, first of all. I then called the company and dealt with a rude customer service assistant who took a half hour to even look up my order. She then points me in the direction of the company email to which I've been debating with "Mark" for the past two days (via email) on whether I, as the customer, should be responsible for paying for shipping to return the item and receive my refund (minus the cost to ship it back). DO NOT order from this company. DO NOT waste your money. and DO NOT put your classes in jeopardy by going through the trouble of returning something you never ordered.
